- The reservation you make and send us a deposit for we expect to get paid in full, just like any hotel.
- There are NO REFUNDS given if for whatever reason you decide to leave before the end of your reservation.
- This is our policy that you are agreeing to by sending us a deposit for reservation.
- Our rental season is very short and we only have five apartments with many regular guests that we can easily rent them to. This is also the reason we don't give discounts for regular or longer stay during July and August.
- Payment is due upon arrival.
If reservation is cancelled 60 days prior to the arrival date, full refund will be made (minus the refund transaction bank charges).
If the reservation is cancelled 60 days or less prior to the arrival date, or in case of no shows, or early checkout, no refund will be made.
