Apartment #1,as well as Apartment #5 above it, are our largest apartments (89 m2 each). They both have two bedrooms as well as two large balconies. One balcony is 4.20m x 2.40 m. The other balcony is 6.90m x 2.40m.
Apartment #1 is located on the first floor with two bedrooms. The larger bedroom has a door that leads to a large balcony with table and chairs. It has a brand new bathroom and shower with glass sliding doors.There is a big kitchen with electric stove, very large refrigerator with freezer, table and chairs, and large storage closet. Kitchen also has a door that leads to a second large balcony with two tables and chairs. You can have all your meals outside at any time. Balcony has steps that lead to our backyard filled with flowers, olive, fig, and other fruit trees. As well as gas and wood fired grills.

Apartment #2 is also located on the first floor. It has 2 bedrooms. The larger one is 3.30m x 2.55m. It has a big comfortable bed (2.05m x 1.60m). The smaller bedroom is 3.30m x 2.25m and it has two separate beds, each one is 2.00m x .80m that can be put together for a couple. The kitchen has Gorenje ceramic cooktop and electric stove as well as refrigerator with freezer and table and chairs. Kitchen also has a new glass sliding door for a sea-view balcony with small table and chairs. It also has two bathrooms. The larger one with a shower has a door to the second sea-view balcony. The total area of this apartment is 49m2.
Apartment #3 has one large bedroom (4.50m x 3.20m) with one large bed )2.05m x 1.60m) and next to it, a small bed (2.00m x 0.80m) for a child. Separate kitchen, table and chairs, refrigerator with freezer. Bathroom with shower. Kitchen has a door that leads to a sea-view balcony with table and two chairs. Total area is 39 m2.
Apartment #4 is the same as Apartment #2 except it is located on the second floor.
Apartment #5 is the same as Apartment #1 except it is located on the second floor.

SOME OWNERS MAY CHARGE FOR SOME OF THE FOLLOWING:
- Tourist tax (1 euro per person per day, children 12-18 years old 0.50 euro per person per day)

- Secure parking for your car next to the house
- Two towels per person and every three days, we exchange them for new ones, bedsheets and pillowcases are changed every 7 days.

- The use of gas and wood fired grills in our backyard with tables and chairs close by under the olive trees so you can eat outside anytime you like

You expect and deserve a totally clean apartment. For this, we need time as guests who are leaving have a right to stay up to 10 a.m. If you arrive before 2 p.m., please stop by in Kukljica for drinks, ice cream, or lunch. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
House rules require very quiet 10p.m. to 8a.m.
REMINDERS—Bring your own beach towels, shampoo, and soap and reserve as early as you can to get the apartment you like at the time you want it.
BEFORE YOU RESERVE A PLACE FOR YOUR VACATION KNOW THE ANSWERS TO THESE IMPORTANT QUESTIONS. THIS WAY YOU WILL AVOID POTENTIAL DISAPPOINTMENTS AND AGGRAVATION
1. Exactly how far is your apartment from the beach? Five to twenty minute walk or do you have to drive to the beach?
We are located 20 meters from the beach.
2. Does it have chairs and umbrellas, or a shade close by?
We have chairs, tables, umbrellas, and shade from pine trees.
3. Is the beach private or public? Public beach is usually crowded and noisy and you have to watch your belongings.
Our private road leads directly to the beach.
4.How big is your apartment? Does it have balcony, air conditioning, SAT. T.V. ?
Four of our apartments have not one, but two sea-view balconies. They all have air conditioners, SAT TV, and WIFI.
5. Is the owner present to provide the services and any help that you may need or concerns that you may have?
We are present and at your service 24 hours and 7 days a week.
6. Is parking available? Is it safe and secure next to the house?
Our parking is safe and secure next to the house.
7. Does it have a grill and a place to eat outside with family and friends?
In our garden, we have a wood/charcoal grill and also a gas grill with tables and chairs under the olive trees so you can eat outside with family and friends any time you like.
8. Is house surrounded by many neighbors?
All you need is one neighbor who likes loud music late at night to ruin your vacation. The house next to us is my brother-in-law's and his family of three kids.
9. If you have a small boat, is it in front of the house where you are staying or in the town someplace?
You can keep your small boat by our private pier free of charge and the boat trailer near your parked car.
10. How far is the closest store or restaurant?
Small grocery store and pizzeria/restaurant is only 300m away.
11. Can you have your breakfast, lunch, and dinner right on the beach?
Yes. "Villa Tesna is like having your own house on the beach".
12. You should know what is included in the price of the apartment (such as if there are any other additional charges and what is the total price).
Everything is included in our price (no surprise or hidden charges). Because many owners charge extra for some of the following: tourist tax (1 euro per person per day), extra bed for kids, internet, air conditioning, towels, utilities, and final cleaning.
