Reminder: For all of our guests, please reserve early so you get the apartment you like at the time you want.
Payment Policy: Payment upon the day of arrival.
- When you get to Island Ugljan from Zadar, we are about 10 minute drive from the ferry stop.
- There is only one main road on the island so you will not get lost. From the ferry, follow the cars to the main road and look for the sign that says “Tkon-Kukljica” (going south).
- Drive past the town of Kali and Kukljica
- When you pass Kukljica, for about 2,000m, there will be no houses by the road, just keep going then you will see three houses together by the road, and one straight in front of you, slow down and put your left turn signal on and we are about 200 meters from there on your left just before the bridge. Drive slow and you will see our sign.
- If we had 20 apartments, we could rent them all during July and August because of our great location, all our offerings, and personal service.
- By sending us a deposit for your reservation, you are accepting the responsibility for paying for the total days of your reservation. Just like any hotel.
- There are no refunds given if for whatever reason you decide to leave before your reservation ends or in case you come late or don't show up at all.
- We only have five apartments and a very short season that we can easily rent our apartments to many of our regular guests.
- Notice to pet owners. Our policy is no pets. From our experience, we know that pets disturb our other guests, as over the years, many of them told us that.
