It’s one of the best locations in the Zadar region. We are blessed with awesome natural beauty all around us. As you can see, we are located very close to the sea, with our private road to the beach. We are away from the crowds, which can be noisy and disturbing.
All of our apartments have balconies; four of them have two, sea-view balconies with table and chairs. All have a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with a shower, SAT. TV, WIFI, and air-conditioning. Four apartments have (Gorenje ) electric stoves for guests who really enjoy the home cooked meals even if away from home.
In our yard, we have a gas grill and a wood fire grill. Yes you can (or I will help you) grill the freshest fish and enjoy it on the beach with your family, as you watch the sunset. FREE to use, we have kayaks, chairs, beach umbrellas, and bocce set (lawn bowling).
Secure parking next to the house. This great location offers privacy, peace and quiet (no noisy neighbors). Yet it is approximately 3km from the town, for fresh fruits and vegetables, meat, fish, bakery, cafés, and restaurants. A small grocery store and pizza place is about 300 meters.
Our goal is very simple and sincere; to try our very best for you to have a great vacation. We know it’s the only way you will come back and refer us to your relatives and friends. Word of mouth is the best advertisement.
